Together, let''s create a community where compassion, support and kindness shine brightest.This is a qualified part-time role that requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per fortnight, and you must have availability of at least three weekdays per week during daytime hours.This role will see you supporting clients inCarrum Downs, Frankston, Karingal, Langwarrin, Sandhurst, Seaford, Skyeand surrounding communities.Home Care Worker - key responsibilities may include (depending on client needs):Assisting with personal care, such as showering, grooming, toileting and mobility assistancePerforming household tasks to maintain a safe and tidy space, such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and laundryPreparing meals and assisting with grocery shoppingCleaning kitchens, bathrooms and shared living spacesProviding social support and transport to appointments and community activitiesMonitoring client wellbeing and promptly reporting any concernsRespecting each clients preferences, cultural background, and valuesHome Care Workerrole requires:Cert III Individual Support,Cert IV Ageing Support (Or equivalent qualification, including current nursing students)What We''re Looking For:You are driven by a heartfelt desire to truly transform the lives of our ageing clients.
