Responsibilities will range from assisting users with office applications or logon problems to resolving or escalating more complex issues related to network connectivity, group policy processing or permissions. Some project work will be required.Travel to VRSLC sites will be required. The work is varied and is often busy and requires a flexible approach.About youTo be successful in this position, you will be customer-service focussed, be driven to take ownership of technical issues and providing results and have a strong attitude towards your learning and growth.You will also have:Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 SuiteAbility to install, configure and support IT Hardware / SoftwareSound understanding of LANs including server/client communications, networking monitoring and devicesAnalytical skills and resourcefulness to diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network faultsGood written and oral communication skillsCurrent full drivers licence and ability to drive.Satisfactory completion of a National Police Records Check (arranged by Vasey RSL Care)Valid working rights which will be subject to a VEVO check.We recognise the rich diversity of people across Australia.
