NVC Group is seeking two Home and Community Care Coordinators to be responsible for overseeing community programs including home care packages (HCP), commonwealth home support services (CHSP), flexible care packages, private home support and brokerage services.As a Not for Profit (NFP) organisation, this enables part of your salary to be packaged into pre-tax dollars to pay for personal expenses.
