Customer Service Officer (GRALC) Permanent Griffith Regional Aquatic Leisure Centre Responsibilities Provide effective frontcounter operations at GRALC. Administer daytoday support for the aquatic centre. Collaborate with the GRALC Assistant Manager on service delivery. Handle inquiries, ticketing, membership, and cash management. Maintain accurate records and enforce park policies and safety. Assist with events and community programs hosted at the centre. Qualifications Experience in customer service or administration. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Current Working with Children Check clearance. Available to work 38 hours per week, Monday to Sunday. Salary & Conditions Commencement annual salary from $67,212.60 to $73,934.12 (Grade8) plus superannuation. Applications close Monday3November2025.
