Performance and Quality Administrative Officer Join to apply for the Performance and Quality Administrative Officer role at Monash University Job No.: 685636Location: Caulfield campusEmployment Type: Full-timeDuration: Continuing appointmentRemuneration: $83,424 $95,825 pa HEW 5 plus 17% employer superannuation The Opportunity The Performance and Quality Administrative Officer plays a key role in supporting the effective operation of the performance, quality and accreditation framework within the Monash Business School. The Officer provides governance and executive support to committees and working groups, coordinates events, manages the collection, collation and analysis of data, reviews and improves business processes, maintains information repositories for the Schools quality reporting functions and delivers general administrative support to the Performance and Quality team. The Officer builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgement and a commitment to excellence in processes to provide timely and reliable advice and support across the School. Responsibilities Provide governance and executive support to committees and working groups. Coordinate events and activities related to performance and quality initiatives. Collect, collate and analyse data for performance and quality reporting. Review and improve business processes and information repositories. Deliver general administrative support to the Performance and Quality team. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Excellent administrative skills and proven ability to deliver effective operational processes. Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and a handson commitment to customer service. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while exercising independence and sound judgement. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with clear communication.
