Join the City of Rockinghams Ranger Services team as a Coordinator Ranger Services. Overview Permanent, fulltime (average 38 hours per week). The role leads the Ranger Services team in delivering highquality services to residents within the jurisdictional area of the City of Rockingham. Responsibilities Lead and direction of the Ranger Services team. Professional delivery of ranger services to residents. Excellent customer service and development of the Ranger Services team. Change management and leadership. Law enforcement and relevant local laws, policies, Acts and regulations. Selection Criteria Strong leadership abilities and team building skills. Strong decisionmaking, negotiation, facilitation and problemsolving skills. High level problemsolving, negotiation and influencing skills. Substantial experience in team building and culture improvement. Significant change management experience. Extensive experience in law enforcement. Qualifications An appropriate tertiary qualification or progression towards a relevant qualification is preferred. Salary & Benefits Gross salary: $116,412 to $124,121 depending on skills and experience. 12% superannuation, option to cocontribute up to 5% (total 22%).
