About the role As the Time Slotting & Inventory Coordinator, reporting to the Road Freight Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless stakeholder and customer experience, timely accurate time slotting, customer ownership, inventory administration and assisting with day-to-day supply chain operations planning tasks. Responsibilities Document questions and answers about site access and mass limits in tracking lists, escalating questions to the Road Freight Manager Complete close out activities associated with customer rejections and demurrage, including stock return and purchase orders Support the updating of Site Heavy Vehicle Access Profiles, maintaining Permit Library information and communicating the access to the relevant internal and external stakeholders Review Harvest Receivals for mass compliance Our successful candidate will Have high attention to detail Ability to use a suite IT platform with curiosity and confidence Multi-tasking skills and an ability to work to deadlines Ability to build and maintain a rapport with stakeholders and customers What we offer Hybrid work and flexible leave options including birthday leave Family Inclusive Workplace accredited employer, supporting balance, care and flexibility in every career Ready to apply?
