About the role Permanent part-time position based in our Moe Branch. 5 days per week Monday Thursday 9:00am 4:30pm and Friday 9:00am 5:30pm. Hours Parttime role working 5 days per week, 9:00am 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am 5:30pm Friday. Responsibilities Support the Moe Branch by being the first point of contact for customers and put them at the centre of everything you do. Assist customers to identify the most suitable products and services, including account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions. Ensure customers receive a seamless, consistent and tailored experience every step of the way and ensure all details are accurate and up to date. Demonstrate Smarter Banking options (selfservice and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure. Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career.
