We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Broking team, specialising in bestinclass risk solutions for Public Sector clients within Tasmania. The role is remote/hybrid; requires occasional travel across Tasmania. The Account Manager can be based anywhere in Tasmania and will receive a travel allowance. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, longterm relationships with clients. Provide tailored risk transfer solutions and timely, accurate advice on insurance and mutual products. Identify risk opportunities and design appropriate servicing solutions. Shape the strategic direction within your portfolio and drive continuous improvement in service offering. Retain and grow your portfolio and achieve renewal and new business targets for both mutual and insurance products. Qualifications: 35 years of general or financial lines insurance broking experience. Tier1 Insurance Broking qualification or higher. Clear, effective communication skills and criticalthinking ability. Strong timemanagement, prioritisation and ability to work under pressure. Full, valid drivers licence and own vehicle.
