What This Role Involves Support and lead team members on shift Ensuring that the food & service standards are of exceptional quality Assist in staff operations, including scheduling shifts and managing labor resources Supervise stock, inventory and cash Ensuring compliance with health/safety regulations and site policies/procedures Desired Skills And Experience Previous supervisory experience (minimum 6 months) Ability to supervise staff and implement leadership skills Cash, stock and labour control skills Dispute management / conflict resolution skills Flexibility across work days/hours Why Work For Us We have a unique culture that can only be attributed to the people that work for us.
