MACA Laverton, Western Australia, AustraliaOverviewMACA Mining is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the Gruyere Gold Project on an 8/6 roster (DS:NS), FIFO from Perth. The Gruyere Gold Project is located within the Yamarna greenstone belt approximately 200km east of Laverton in Western Australia.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily supervision of site maintenance personnel including apprentices and sub-contractors to ensure all tasks are performed in a safe and efficient manner.Ensure optimal utilisation of plant and equipment to limit downtime.Plan, prioritise and execute unscheduled work resulting from breakdown or backlog as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent.Ensure all work is completed as scheduled to MACA quality and safety standards.Utilise monitoring tools such as KPIs and other standard measures to improve maintenance processes.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years'' experience in a similar role.Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification or similar.Statutory Declaration Training Supervisor Schedule 26.Sound knowledge of mobile plant and equipment best practice and operational performance.Current drivers'' licence.
