About the opportunity:Due to an internal promotion, we currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to enhance our business and customer base within the construction sector. Reporting to the Construction State Lead, you will be responsible for your own region acrossNSW''s Central Coast/Northern beaches corridor charged with converting users from existing brands to Milwaukee.The successful applicant will be reliable, self-motivated and driven to succeed, building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region. Key responsibilities: Effectively present Milwaukee products and solutions to the construction industry - Tier 1 companies. Aggressively acquire market share across all product categories in the assigned geographical region by converting end users to Milwaukee products. Work closely with other vertical specialists to achieve best outcomes and mission alignment. Ensure Salesforce CRM is regularly updated and maintained to help support and improve conversion rates. Have the willingness to learn and develop in line with the companys competency framework. Be and promote being a high performing sales professional within the Milwaukee business. Support the broader Milwaukee team in embedding the Milwaukee culture throughout the entire organisation. Overnight travel is required on occasions. About you: Ability to seek out and convert opportunities - must have a "hunter" mentality. Field Sales or End User sales experience. High level of autonomy. Trade background/ Hands on experience with tools is desirable. Computer literate, comfortable with MS suite and experienced with CRM systems. Strong communication and presentation skills.
