About this Position At PFD Food Services, we bring people together through food and that starts with keeping our people and communities safe. Were looking for someone whos organised, curious, and ready to learn to join our National Fleet team as a Safety / Chain of Responsibility (CoR) Administrator on a 9month fixedterm contract. You dont need to be a safety expert or have years of logistics experience, if youre detailoriented, enjoy following a process through to completion, and want to make a real difference, well support you to build the skills. This role supports our focus on improving how we monitor and follow up safety and CoR practices across Australia. Youll help track and close out safety actions, validate reports, and make sure we have the right evidence to keep people accountable and our business compliant. Its a great opportunity for someone who enjoys admin, problemsolving, and teamwork and who wants to grow in the compliance or safety space. Key Responsibilities Review and track safety and CoR incidents in systems like Elumina, Logmaster, and telematics. Check that reported breaches are accurate and that corrective actions have been completed. Follow up with site leaders, drivers, and HR teams to make sure coaching and documentation are finalised. Help prepare reports and dashboards for our National Fleet and Supply Chain leaders. Keep accurate records and assist with general administration and data entry. Support communication and awareness around safety and Chain of Responsibility. What matters most is your attitude and attention to detail. To thrive in this role, you will bring: Strong organisation and followup skills. Confidence using computer systems and Excel or similar. A calm, professional approach to communication and teamwork. Curiosity to learn about safety and Chain of Responsibility (well train you). Integrity and a genuine care for doing things the right way. Experience in transport, logistics, or compliance is great but not essential, if youre motivated to learn, well support you.
