About The RoleHR Partners is proud to partner with a wellestablished organization in the logistics/bluecollar sector to recruit a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist for a temporary 6month opportunity. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who thrives in a handson environment and enjoys supporting a diverse and dynamic workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design effective recruitment strategies.Source and engage candidates through multiple channels to meet current and future business needs.Manage the interview and selection process, providing strong communication and support throughout.Maintain an active pipeline of talent for both volume and hardtofill roles.Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, using data insights to improve outcomes.Collaborate with the People & Culture team to ensure alignment with broader talent and business initiatives.Contribute to employer branding efforts and promote a positive, consistent candidate journey.What You Bring2+ years experience in internal recruitment or agencyside talent acquisition.Proven experience recruiting across varied workforce types (bluecollar preferred).Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.Highly organized with a proactive, solutionsfocused mindset.Confidence using ATS systems and digital sourcing tools.Knowledge of recruitment compliance and employment standards.A degree in Human Resources or related (preferred).Why Youll Love This RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to step into a respected business and make an impact from day one.
