Lending Specialist Location: Penrith Company: Subaru Trivett In this role, you will provide central Finance and Insurance support to both in-store and online sales teams, assisting with applications, financial approvals, settlements, and ensuring legal compliance. Youll liaise with customers on their application status and advocate for Inchcape Financial Services to maximise all finance opportunities for the business. Key Responsibilities Partner with in-store and online teams to assist with finance applications, approvals, settlements, and escalations. Provide guidance and training on F&I processes to sales teams; maintain accurate forecasting logs. Review submissions, liaise with credit analysts, handle declined applications, and ensure settlement accuracy. Manage end-to-end commercial finance applications and support BDC team customers with quotes and settlements. Follow up on cash deals to identify missed F&I opportunities and update systems accordingly. Ensure adherence to FSRA, IAR Legal Code, Privacy Act, and internal retail policies and procedures. About You Strong understanding of finance opportunities and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and digital platforms; highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability. Customer-focused with the ability to adapt experiences, resolve challenges, and work autonomously to close sales. Demonstrates leadership, accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement and inclusive team culture.
