About the positionLower Hume Palliative Care currently has a vacancy for suitably qualified Registered Nurses with post graduate qualifications or experience working in palliative care to join the team.This role involves working as part of the community palliative care team. The team provide assessment and support of palliative clients and carers in their home. We specialise in managing symptoms, improving quality of life and offering emotional support while collaborating with various healthcare settings like GPs, specialists, hospitals, district nursing, allied health and residential facilities.The Clinical Nurse Specialist roles are on a Part-time basis (we can accommodate from 0.6 EFT/24 hours per week to 1.6EFT/64 hours per week for multiple successful candidates).
