Supported Living Facilitator Join UnitingCare Queensland as a Casual Supported Living Facilitator in Ipswich. Earn $43.23 per hour plus super and NFP salary packaging. Our Family and Disability Services team passionately supports people with disability across Queensland. Role Overview As a Supported Living Facilitator, youll partner with participants, their families, and informal networks to achieve personal goals. Provide daily support, personal care, and help implement individual plans. Key Responsibilities Work in partnership with the person being supported, their family and informal support networks. Provide support in everyday living situations, including personal care, with an emphasis on choice and quality of life. Participate in the development, implementation and review of individual plans that focus on life hopes and aspirations. Enable people to attain personal autonomy over their own lives and the services they receive. Recognise and uphold the right to respect, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality. Requirements & Qualifications Experience supporting participants with complex behavioural needs. Current NDIS Worker Screening check and Blue Card (we can help you apply prior to employment). Open drivers licence. Current CPR and First Aid Certificate (required before you start). Ability to communicate in spoken and written English. Flexible to work varied hours and days.
