Monadelphous is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Engineer to join our NSW Operations team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is critical in supporting the safe, efficient, and on-budget delivery of multiple shutdowns. Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include: Permanent role with long-term career opportunities Be home every night live and work locally Supportive team culture with safety and wellbeing at the forefront Exposure to major shutdowns and complex project scopes Key responsibilities will include: Lead and coordinate site support functions (Quality, Technical, Planning, Commercial) Assist in developing project plans, budgets, and schedules Manage project data, reporting, and commercial documentation Support tender submissions and execution phases Participate in client and contractor meetings, offering practical solutions What you will bring Site-based experience in the resources sector (highly regarded). Engineering or trade qualifications (preferred). Experience with heavy mechanical or mobile plant equipment (advantageous). Exposure to piping, electrical, or construction projects. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Commitment to safety and compliance. Australia working rights.
