As an Engagement Consultant at APM Futures, youll play a vital role in connecting NDIS participants with meaningful employment and support services. Youll build strong community relationships, promote APMs services, and help participants achieve their goals.LocationWerribee, VICKey Responsibilities:Promote APM Futures services to NDIS participants, families, carers, and key community stakeholders to increase awareness and engagement.Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, schools, Support Coordinators, planners, and community organisations to drive referrals and support participant outcomes.Deliver high-quality, person-centred NDIS employment supports tailored to individual goals and aspirations.Represent APM Futures at community expos, events, and forums to enhance visibility and attract new participants.Manage and convert leads generated through APMs marketing channels and service centre into active participant engagements.Develop and maintain partnerships with local employers to identify and create inclusive employment opportunities aligned with participant needs.Ensure all service delivery aligns with NDIS Practice Standards, legislative requirements, and APMs internal policies and procedures.Maintain accurate, timely documentation and case notes to support compliance, reporting, and continuous service improvement.What Were Looking ForExperience in Community Services, Employment Services, or NDIS-related roles.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage caseloads.Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.A commitment to continuous improvement and team collaboration.To be considered, you will haveEligibility to work in AustraliaA current drivers licence and a comprehensively insured vehicleHave current First Aid and CPR certificateWilling to complete a Criminal History CheckAble to obtain a Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening CheckAble to successfully complete a NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencementTravel as required for service delivery and support of participants.Available to work full time Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pmThe work you do is Momentous!
