At Marathon Health were seeking a proactive and strategic Asset Manager to lead the way in optimising asset performance, ensuring compliance and supporting longterm sustainability. In This Role, You Will Develop and deliver asset management plans that align with our strategic goals. Maintain a comprehensive and accurate asset register and lifecycle documentation. Oversee ICT assets and manage vendor contracts to ensure optimal value and performance. Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across Marathon Health and headspace property sites. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely repairs and servicing. Manage the fleet contract, ensuring vehicles are utilised effectively within lease parameters. Strong understanding of asset lifecycle principles, regulatory compliance, and safety standards within the Australian context. Exceptional organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex data and translate insights into action. Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, enabling you to build strong relationships across teams and with external partners. Experience in the notforprofit sector is highly desirable, especially in environments where community impact and resource optimisation are key.
