Then we want to hear from you we are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to join our team at Port Macquarie store and take charge, working a TuesdaySunday roster. In this pivotal role, youll drive sales and profitability, lead and develop a highperforming team aligned to our core values, and create a memorable customer experience. Key Responsibilities Proactively and attentively takes ownership of overall store performance Drives sales, profit, controls costs to ensure the achievement of KPIs Ensures a customer centric culture, resulting in a warm, helpful, and exceptional customer experience Provides inspirational leadership and training to develop their team to deliver outstanding results Lead, coach and develop the retail sales team to achieve targets and build a highperforming team Develop and Implement strategies that can maximize both sales and customer service targets thereby driving store performance Be a product knowledge expert and be as keen as beans to live our values #WeKeepItReal, #WeAddValue, #WeMakeItPersonal, #WeAreExperts, #WeAreDistinctive Adheres to all company behaviours, policies, and procedures Ensures a clean, tidy, and safe work environment advocating and ensuring OH&S principles are adhered to at all times! Skills and Experiences 35 years retail management experience Your drive and innate passion about providing a customer experience that is second to none A reputation for your collaborative and approachable style and ability to deliver the results Demonstrated experience leading and coaching teams Ability to manage budgets, drive KPIs, ensure compliance, interpret/create reporting, and generate efficient and compliant rosters Honesty, integrity, and open communication A work ethic that is uncompromised, commitment to adding value and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done As we are a furniture store, the role involves regular manual handling of products including lifting, carrying and moving items of varying sizes.
