Who are we looking for? With a strong retail background, commercial acumen and passion for customer service, you are someone who thrives in a team environment and knows how to bring out the best in people. You bring energy, resilience and a handson approach to everything you do - and you are ready to take the next step into retail leadership! 3-5 years retail management experience Your drive and innate passion about providing a customer experience that is second to none A reputation for your collaborative and approachable style and ability to deliver the results Demonstrated experience leading and coaching teams Ability to manage budgets, drive KPIs, ensure compliance, interpret/create reporting, and generate efficient and compliant rosters Honesty, integrity, and open communication A work ethic that is uncompromised, commitment to adding value and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done As we are a furniture store, the role involves regular manual handling of products including lifting, carrying and moving items of varying sizes.
