Role Overview The VP of Finance reports to President Chris Campbell and works closely with CEO Mandy Farmer to support the future vision of Accent Inns, Hotel Zed, and ROAR. This leadership role will deliver and execute the organizations strategic vision for your team and department, support operations with financial needs, and build relationships across the organization. Responsibilities Be the wholly responsible financial compliance leader and ensure all staff have accurate financial information. Set up and systematize our reporting process in Sage Intacct to enable selfserve financial dashboards. Develop and deliver key financial reports to the CEO, President, and Board of Governors. Partner with operations to implement costcontrol programs and maximize efficiency. Audit the Finance, accounting, and audit systems alongside the Controller. Build a close partnership with the Senior Vice President to identify key strategies to optimize inventory control, procurement programs, and vendor negotiations. Lead and nurture the development and growth of a highperforming, unique team, champion DEIB, and deliver on the purpose, values, and strategy.
