Overview Part time 63 hours per fortnight. Salary will be negotiable reflecting skill and experience. Solicitors with experience in civil and criminal matters will be highly regarded in the recruitment process. To provide generalist legal advice to clients in Mandurah and the broader Peel Region. Responsibilities To provide casework to specific clients as identified by the organisations strategic priorities and as resources allow. To provide appropriate referrals. To provide supervision to restricted practitioners, volunteers and students. To partner in the development and delivery of PCLSs community legal education and training initiatives. To work as part of the PCLS team to achieve the aims and purposes of the organisation.
