Teacher Level 3.3 Classroom Teacher Department of Education, Western Australia Position 36month fixedterm fulltime role commencing Term 1, 2026. This role is available only to existing Level 3 Classroom Teachers currently employed by the Department of Education. Key Responsibilities Classroom teaching up to 0.9FTE. Instructional leadership additional release time (minimum 0.1FTE). Mentoring staff. Delivering professional learning. Providing feedback. Implementing and managing the MultiTiered Systems of Support (Engagement, Learning, Wellbeing). Managing administrative and operational systems in accordance with departmental policy and guidelines. Engaging stakeholders in a culturally responsive manner. Applying innovative, bold and creative solutions to complex problems. Qualifications and Experience Eligible teacher qualification and registration. Level3 Classroom Teacher currently employed by the Department of Education. Australian or NewZealand citizen, permanent resident or holder of a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment. Completed WA Working with Children Check before the start of the appointment. Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and holding the current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Educations Screening Unit.
