Monday to Friday, 6:45am 3pm. Grow your career at Coates. Key Responsibilities Addressing customer needs in person, by phone and email. Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing. Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns. Assisting customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment when occasionally needed. What Youll Bring To The Role Previous face-to-face customer service experience. A desire to provide amazing customer experience. General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
