Full-Time Landscaper Alto Landscaping (Southern Highlands, NSW) About the role Alto Landscaping is seeking a full-time Landscaper to join our growing maintenance and build teams. Youll work across premium residential properties on the Highlandscombining hands-on landscape construction with high-standard horticultural care. Essential qualifications (one of the following): Key responsibilities Landscape construction: paving, steel edging, garden installations, planting, minor fencing, and site prep/levels Horticultural maintenance: hedging, pruning (incl. roses), weeding, mulching, seasonal planting, lawn care fundamentals Orchard/edible gardens: basic care, staking, seasonal tasks (training provided) Machinery & tools: safe use of ride-on/zero-turn mowers, trimmers, hedgers, blowers, compactors, and hand tools Quality & safety: deliver to spec, maintain neat sites, follow WHS procedures and company standards What youll bring Strong practical skills in either construction or horticulture (well upskill you in the other) Sound plant knowledge (ID, pruning, soils, fertilisers) Reliability, good communication, and pride in workmanship Ability to work outdoors in all conditions and meet deadlines Nice-to-haves Small-scale stonework/retaining experience Chemical application ticket (or willingness to obtain) What we offer Competitive pay aligned to experience & qualifications Quality tools, supportive team culture, and varied, high-end projects Ongoing training and career development How to apply Email your resume (and a brief cover note) to [email protected] #J-18808-Ljbffr
