As a member of the Cleaning/Laundry team at Bodington, you will provide highquality cleaning services for our residents within our residential aged care home, ensuring residents rooms and common areas are clean and presentable. Available Shifts In Cleaning Are Mon & Tues 7am to 3:30pm & Sat 7am to 1pm (Week1) / Mon 7am to3:30pm (Week2) Available Shifts In Laundry Are Mon & Tues 7am to 11am (Week1 &2) About The Role Work as part of a team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in our residents rooms. Support your peers and maintain a cooperative team spirit. Work safely to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents, closely following all policies and procedures. To be successful in this role youll need A kind heart and genuine passion for providing highquality care to the elderly. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Previous experience working as a cleaner ideally. Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people. Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families. A reliable team player. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
