The Role Fulltime Receptionist in Brisbane office. Frontoffice face of firm. Responsibilities Answer internal and external calls for national switchboard. Meet and greet valued clients and visitors. Book and schedule meeting rooms. Manage meeting room turnover. Order and receive couriers. Take orders for and prepare beverages. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and data entry. General daytoday assistance with administrative tasks as required. Cater and coordinate events. Liaise with office contractors and building management. Frontoffice security procedures including visitor signin processes, issuing access cards. Identify and report any potential OH&S issues.
