Food and Beverage Attendant (Event Operations) Apply to join JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa as a parttime Food and Beverage Attendant in the Events outlet. About the Role You are a food and beverage enthusiast who enjoys entertaining guests from around the world. You will deliver friendly, professional service and be an expert on the hotel. Critical Responsibilities Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests. Warmly welcome and serve guests. Be knowledgeable about the hotel to ensure dynamic service experience. Connect with guests and exceed expectations. Assist all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations. Ensure accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery. Use POS system. Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Keep all service areas immaculate. Promote safety and WHS practices. Requirements Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment. Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA). Positive, cando attitude. Fastpaced environment.
