Assistant Regional School Sports Officer - Primary / Secondary - Sunshine Coast Join the Queensland Department of Education as an Assistant Regional School Sports Officer (ARSSO) in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. The ARSSO works closely with the Regional School Sport Officer (RSSO) to deliver highquality representative school sport programmes across the region. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and administer regional school sport events and trials, ensuring alignment with department policies and compliance requirements. Provide logistical support for sport events, including venue setup, equipment management and scheduling. Communicate regularly with school sport committees, teachers, students and stakeholders to promote participation and support regional events. Maintain accurate data and reports, tracking event outcomes and providing analysis to inform future sport initiatives. Qualifications Relevant teaching qualification. Current full registration or provisional registration eligible for full registration as a teacher in Queensland. For teachers working in Education and Care Services, an exemption card issued by Blue Card Services is required.
