This is your chance to build meaningful relationships and see the direct impact of your time on a students progress. What Youll Be Doing: Spend time with students during school hours in a busy but supportive environment. Help students build their confidence and catch up on schoolwork. Offer guidance, encouragement, and a positive outlook to help them reach their potential. Support students through listening to reading, assisting in the classroom, working with small groups, or mentoring once a week.
