As an Assistant Educator, you will work alongside experienced Early Childhood Teachers to assist in designing, implementing, and evaluating highquality inquirybased learning experiences for children. About You Thrive on collaboration to create enriching curriculums, rituals, and routines that foster childrens curiosity and learning through enquiry. Love quality resources and loose parts, using them to create inspiring learning environments. Enjoy developing nurturing and respectful relationships with children. Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, first aid certification, and child protection training recognised by ACECQA. Have knowledge of child development, child safe practices, contemporary early childhood approaches, and regulations.
