This is a customerfacing role requiring strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks. Shifts are available across 7 days, with flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service. Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possible. Lean into teamwork and assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required. About You You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters. You are great with people, communication and detail and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates. You are highly organised and have great computer skills.
