Reports to: Managing Director / Sales Manager About Us: Turbine Solutions Pty Ltd is a fast-growing engineering and field services company based in Western Australia, specialising in gas turbines, wind energy, and innovative tooling and safety solutions for the energy, oil & gas, and renewables sectors. With a new state-of-the-art facility and showroom in Neerabup, we are expanding our commercial team and seeking a driven and passionate Sales Representative to join our journey. About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Representative to help grow our market presence, build strong client relationships, and represent our portfolio of products and services. Based in our Neerabup facility, you will engage directly with customers, manage inquiries, and support business development initiatives across Western Australia and beyond. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Promote and sell our range of products and solutions (including tooling, safety systems, FME kits, and turbine components).Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads across the energy, oil & gas, and renewable sectors.Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and participate in trade shows and events.Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery.Support marketing activities and contribute to building our brand presence in the region. Skills & Experience Proven experience in a sales, business development, or account management role (experience in industrial, engineering, or energy sectors is highly regarded).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.Current drivers licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
