We are passionate about supporting and connecting people with the services they need to maintain their independence.We have a unique opportunity for an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team based in our Albury office.This role is a part-time position of 4 days per week.About the RoleThe role of our NDIS Support Coordinator''s is to provide high quality support coordination for our participants and facilitate the implementation of all supports identified in their NDIS plans.In this role we focus on strengthening a participants ability to navigate the NDIS and empower and enable our participants so they can participate more fully in their community of choice. Our NDIS Support Coordinators play an integral role in the development and achievement of our participants goals to maximise their independence.As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you will manage your portfolio of NDIS participants relying on your ability to build rapport and foster relationships, all the while maintaining your support targets. You will use your high-level stakeholder management skills to build and leverage networks to ensure the best support for your customers.
