You will provide administrative support to senior leaders, coordinate communications, and help ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Provide daily admin support to the Chief Property Officer, General Manager, and Development ManagersCoordinate meetings and take accurate minutesSupport the 1300 helpline and assist with property-related troubleshootingManage work requests in the Asset Management System (PAMS)Assist with invoice coding and subcontractor liaisonDraft resident communications regarding maintenance and outagesMaintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbout youExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong time management and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage competing priorities with professionalismExperience in maintenance or facilities managementBackground in aged care or retirement livingFamiliarity with asset management systems (e.g., PAMS, Linksafe)Why VMCH?At VMCH, were committed to creating environments that support the wellbeing of our residents, clients, and staff.
