About the Opportunity Your primary focus will be to work alongside end users and partners to understand the demands of a constantly changing jobsite and deliver safe, productive solutions. Key Responsibilities Drive enduser conversion to Milwaukee and grow market share across all product categories within your territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and authorised distributors. Identify and act on new business opportunities with existing and prospective users. Maintain accurate records and insights in Salesforce CRM. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and represent the brand at industry events. Embrace ongoing learning and actively participate in professional development. About You Minimum 1 year direct selling experience (desired). Experience selling into Mining or Utilities (highly desired). Experience with CRM software (desired). Passion for workplace safety. Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Strong organisational, time management and problemsolving capability. Full drivers licence and excellent driving history. Experience in Work Health and Safety an advantage.
