Location Blacktown Hospital, Blacktown, NSW. What Youll Be Doing Lead clinical operations and service delivery for the Assertive Community Treatment Team. Build networks with government and nongovernment organisations to support holistic care. Ensure culturally responsive services for diverse populations. Oversee compliance with the Mental Health Act and Forensic Orders. Drive quality improvement, staff development, and performance monitoring. Qualifications and Experience Current unrestricted NSW Drivers License. Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Psychology. Professional full registration with AHPRA in Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Psychology, or eligibility for membership with AASW. For Clinical Psychologist, Masters/Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology with AHPRA full registration. Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams with performance KPIs. Leadership experience implementing evidencebased planning and service evaluation. Advanced clinical experience in community mental health settings and health service management. Commitment to a recoveryoriented model of mental health care. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication and time management skills. Experience building partnership networks with government and nongovernment organisations. Knowledge of WSLHMHS / NSW Health KPIs and willingness to ensure the team meets those KPIs.
