We are looking for a technically orientated Business Development Manager to join our successful Sales Team to drive our busy business forward. The ideal candidate will be an experienced BDM who has relationships within the Accommodation industry Australia wide. If you have sold technical equipment to existing accommodation facilities whether existing or in construction with commercial builders and developers hotels, resorts, casinos, student accommodation and the like in NSW and interstate, then you can have a long and successful career as a BDM at Vintech Systems. Role Overview Prospecting for new business opportunities Managing all aspects of a large existing portfolio of toptier client accounts Managing the full sales cycle of multiple products from "contact" to "close" At times interstate travel to trade shows or to see key clients is necessary. We are based in Hornsby in Sydney''s NorthWest. The successful candidate will report to the Sales Director, but work independently while using his or her own initiative. Key Attributes Experience in Sales within the accommodation industry. High level communicator and negotiator. Independent thinker with the ability to drive positive outcomes. Relationship oriented, able to strike up rapport with senior managers and engineers alike. Extremely personable with exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Remuneration The successful candidate will enjoy a very generous base salary (according to experience) as well as a commission structure, superannuation, training in our protocols and tools of the trade. NSW Class 2C Security Licence In order to sell security products it will be necessary for you to procure a NSW Security Licence Class 2C which you will renew annually. In order to be eligible for this licence, the applicant must not have a police or criminal record. You will work under Master Licence # 000110459.
