Working with a Health organisation in the Southeast we are looking for a Billing Manager to lead the billing team. This role would suit someone coming out of Public Health and who has MSB billing and interpretation experience. This role is hands on, while leading and mentoring a small team. Good stakeholder management skills as well as leadership skills are imperative to be successful in this role. The role: Leading a small team of Billing Officers to ensure accurate and timely collection of all accounts Maximising revenue opportunities and development of process and policies, identifying areas for improvement across the billing cycle Ensure all activity complies with relevant legislation Administration of the billing system and reporting of results Oversee month end duties and completion of revenue journals The right candidate: Will have previous experience in private or public health organisation in a similar role Have leadership experience, managing a team for 2+ years and be a driver of change Strong ability to deal with and create relationships with internal and external stakeholders High levels of accuracy and an eye for data and details The finer details: Frankston location Competitive salary Hybrid working model after the initial training period Parking onsite 12 month fixed term contract If this role sounds like you, please apply here today as we will be reviewing applications as they are submitted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
