We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Portland Tabulam MultiPurpose Service. In this role you will provide safe and effective care to patients and residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Your responsibilities will include delivering care activities in accordance with individual nursing care plans within the scope of practice for an Enrolled Nurse, communicating respectfully with patients and families, and maintaining accurate health records to support highquality care and continuity. What you will bring to the role Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division2) with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Demonstrated skill in aged care nursing Ability to organise and prioritise work Knowledge of personcentred nursing and willingness to embrace change in the delivery of care Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Flexibility to work a roster that includes day, evening and night shifts across all days of the week, including public holidays Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary health care team Understanding of legislation, policies and the scope of practice for an Enrolled Nurse Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified.
