Part-Time Accounts Payable Officer | South Brisbane Were partnering with a well-established construction business based in Brisbanes inner south to recruit a Part-Time Accounts Payable Officer. The Opportunity Reporting to the Finance Manager, youll be responsible for the daytoday management of accounts payable processes, ensuring supplier and subcontractor invoices are processed accurately and on time. Youll play a key role in keeping the finance operations running smoothly in a fastpaced but friendly environment. Key Responsibilities Endtoend processing of supplier and subcontractor invoicesManaging subcontractor payment claims and ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are metPreparing weekly and monthly payment runsReconciling supplier and subcontractor statements and resolving discrepanciesResponding to supplier and internal queries in a professional and timely mannerAssisting with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required About You Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance roleStrong accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skillsExcellent communication and problemsolving abilitiesExperience within construction or a projectbased industry will be highly regardedConfident using accounting software and Microsoft ExcelMust have full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorship available) Whats on Offer Parttime role (8 days per fortnight)Supportive team with a great workplace cultureOnsite parking availableLongterm, stable position with an established business If youre an experienced Accounts Payable Officer looking for a flexible parttime role within a friendly team, wed love to hear from you.
