This is a fixed term full time position for 6 months. You will be responsible for: Providing clinical leadership and support to nursing and care staff in accordance with UA policies and procedures and the Residential Aged Care Standards Manage all aspects of clinical care, including assessments, care planning and ongoing evaluation of client care to ensure individual needs of clients are met and the quality of life for the resident is optimised Liaising with residents, families and other health professionals Monitoring clinical risks and contributing to continuous improvement strategies Promote staff awareness of all professional and legal requirements affecting their roles and monitor compliance Provide mentoring and supervision to nursing and care staff to promote a harmonious team approach to ensure the delivery of high quality resident care About you: You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents to support them to live life to their full potential.
