The Role Reporting to our Director, you will be responsible for the accurate management of our trust accounts and financial compliance processes across both sales and property management. Key Responsibilities Manage daily trust account transactions, ensuring compliance with legislative and agency requirements Process receipts, disbursements, and deposits for sales and rental trust accounts Complete daily, mid-month, and end-of-month reconciliations accurately and on schedule Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reporting documentation Handle settlements, bonds, and vendor payments in line with industry regulations Liaise with property managers, sales consultants, and external auditors as required Assist in audit preparation and respond to audit queries efficiently Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and strengthen financial controls Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant trust accounting legislation and software About You You are an organised, detail-oriented professional who thrives on accuracy and compliance. You take pride in maintaining financial integrity and are confident communicating with both internal teams and external partners.
