Seniority level: MidSenior level Employment type: Fulltime Job function: Management and Manufacturing Industry: Mining Key Responsibilities Lead maintenance personnel, identify areas of improvement and provide coaching and development strategies. Oversee scheduled maintenance and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce field breakdowns. Monitor equipment performance to ensure optimal utilisation and limit down time. Monitor parts and equipment requirements. Commitment, respect and compliance to the MACA health, safety and environmental practices. Actively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of MACA work practices. To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Possess Minimum of 10 years experience in the supervision and management of maintenance personnel in an open pit mining environment. Proven experience in ensuring our plant and equipment is maintained to a high safety, productive and reliable standard in a timely manner. Trade qualification. Sound knowledge of safe mining and earthmoving practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must, allowing you to build relationships across the team and departments.
