Youll be great in this role if you Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent Have an understanding of the National Education and Care Services Regulations 2012, the EYLF and the NQF Have experience as an Assistant Director (or similar) in an early childhood setting Are known for providing visionary leadership to maintain a high quality, inclusive and safe learning environment Have inspired and led a team of educators and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture Retain knowledge in child development / high quality programming practices.
