Partner Designate Delay Analyst / Forensic Planner THE ROLEAn experienced DELAY ANALYST / FORENSIC PLANNER is required at Partner Designate level to join the client as soon as possible, either in their Suffolk office or from anywhere else in the UK, with a view to becoming a full Partner ASAP. THE CLIENTThe client is a specialist firm based in Suffolk that works on claims, delay, expert work and commercial support for projects in buildings, infrastructure and more. They provide technical support to lawyers and have acted as Party Representative for construction clients on adjudication, and also provide specialist construction arbitration and adjudication services. THE CANDIDATECandidates should be fully proficient in the use of Primavera P6 to assess the impact of variations on programmes. Ideally experience of MS Project, ASTA, critical path analysis, report writing and a good eye for detail is required. Degree qualification, excellent written and spoken English and experience gained working for a main contractor on delay or with another claims/dispute firm are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to identify project difficulties and pinch points, develop workable plans, prepare programmes using specialised software, work on a range of sectors (building, civils, MEP, utilities), and be outgoing and business development oriented. The role will initially be a few months as an Associate or Partner Designate before becoming a full Partner. SALARYInitial salary in the region of 120,000 per annum plus bonus once a Partner. Provide technical support to lawyers and clients on adjudication and arbitration. Identify project difficulties and pinch points to deliver design, procurement and construction programmes. Contribute to business networking, development and client acquisition. Qualifications Degree qualification. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and ASTA. Experience of critical path analysis, programme reports and delay analysis. Excellent written and spoken English. Experience on main contractor or claims/dispute consultancy projects.
