Design Manager McNab is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead design processes from inception to project completion in Toowoomba. Responsibilities Develop and manage design programs, ensuring timely contributions. Coordinate consultant teams to deliver comprehensive design documentation. Apply critical thinking to challenge design assumptions and propose efficient solutions. Recommend and integrate costeffective construction strategies. Ensure design outputs meet compliance, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships to influence positive outcomes. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Design, Construction, or related discipline, with significant experience in a Design Management role. Strong commercial focus, uncovering cost efficiencies and practical design solutions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, influencing stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to identify and proactively manage design and project risks. Collaborative approach, building trusted relationships across clients, consultants, and internal teams.
