Evidence Generation and Capability Project Officer Join to apply for the Evidence Generation and Capability Project Officer role at NSW Health About Us The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We bring clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare. What You Will Be Doing Support the ACI in capturing and leveraging the insights, experiences, and expertise of health professionals and consumers to inform innovative healthcare solutions across NSW, while building capability to embed evidence into practice. Responsibilities Design, conduct, and analyse experiential insights from health professionals and consumers, integrating findings with other sources of evidence through triangulation. Support clinical networks in applying experiential evidence to inform the development of clinical guidance and models of care. Develop tailored approaches and evidence briefs to support engagement with health professionals and consumers, including the creation of supporting materials such as Participant Information Sheets. Apply diverse qualitative methods such as roundtables, focus groups, interviews, community/consumer panels, community juries, and yarning circles to gather experiential insights aligned with the inquiry''s purpose and evidence needs. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline, with proven experience working within health systems or jurisdictions in evidence generation and/or capability. Demonstrated expertise in designing and conducting mixed-method consultations with health professionals and consumers, including qualitative analysis, descriptive statistics, and triangulation with other evidence sources. Proven experience leading large-scale projects and initiatives to drive innovation and build system capability for change. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to rapidly research, interpret, and synthesise complex health information into clear, accurate analysis and reports.
